Doctoral Workshop Registration Process

This workshop is specifically for Higher Degree by Research students. No workshop fee is charged but attendance is limited to current ANZAM members in 2009 (1 December 2008 to 30 November 2009). Your ANZAM membership number will be required on the Workshop Registration Form.

For those Attending the ANZAM 2008 Conference and this Workshop
You will have paid a combined conference and membership fee (hence a current member in 2009). All you have to do is to fill out a Doctoral Workshop Registration Form and return it to Kathleen Mendan (at kathleen.mendan@buseco.monash.edu.au) by 31st October 2008. Note, NO registrations will be accepted after this date.

For those Attending only this Workshop and Not the ANZAM 2008 Conference
You will need to register or renew your ANZAM membership for 2009 before you can register for the Workshop. To register or renew your ANZAM membership (for current or lapsed members), please contact Peggy Hui (phone +61 2 9514 5582 or email anzam@uts.edu.au). To register for ANZAM membership for the first time, please fill out the ANZAM online membership form. Applications for Associate Membership (full time students) are to be accompanied by documentary evidence of the applicants' full time student status (they can be emailed or faxed to Peggy Hui). Once you have your membership number, please fill out a Doctoral Workshop Registration Form and return it to Kathleen Mendan (at kathleen.mendan@buseco.monash.edu.au) by 31st October 2008. Note, NO registrations will be accepted after this date.

ANZAM Membership Fees for full time students are AU$75 (plus 10% GST) for full time students (documentary evidence required).
