REGISTRATION INFORMATIONAll conference presenters and attendees are required to register before they come to the ANZAM conference. There are two types of registration: Professional Registration and Student Registration. Professional Registration: includes the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, lunch, morning and afternoon teas (3 days), conference proceedings and program, satchel, and access to all of the Plenaries, Concurrent Streams and Workshops. The professional delegate registration also includes 12 months ANZAM membership from 1 December 2008 to 30 November 2009. Student Registration: includes the Welcome Reception, lunch, morning and afternoon teas (3 days), conference proceedings and program, satchel, and access to all of the Plenaries, Concurrent Streams and Workshops. The Gala Dinner is not included for Student Registrations; however, tickets to the Gala Dinner may be purchased if required. Note, all Student Registrations require proof of full-time student status with the Registration Forms e.g. a letter signed by the head of the school, or a letter from student administration. The student delegate registration also includes 12 months ANZAM membership from 1 December 2008 to 30 November 2009. ANZAM Membership is A$75 (plus GST) for full-time students attending this conference (upon production of satisfactory documentary evidence) and A$145 (plus GST) for others. Discounted Early Bird Registration rates are available for delegates who register by 26 September 2008. Early Bird Professional Registration: A$990 Early Bird Student Registration: A$616 Payment of Fees: must accompany the Registration Form. Major credit cards are accepted. Payments will only be accepted in Australian dollars. For International delegates, we advise that personal or company cheques will not be accepted. Bank drafts, direct debit (EFT) and major credit cards are accepted. Bank drafts should be made payable to Promaco Conventions Pty Ltd. All conference registrants are invited to attend the ANZAM Annual General Meeting held during the conference. |
