ACCOMMODATION
A range of accommodation options in Auckland is available to cater for all budgets.
Promaco has made block bookings at six selected venues close to the University of Auckland Business School for ANZAM Conference delegates. Most of these venues are within walking distance of the University. A complimentary shuttle service through the Auckland CBD also operates at regular intervals during the day. A map showing these accommodation locations is provided here.
The rates shown below can ONLY be obtained by booking through Promaco Conventions. Further details will be included in the Registration forms. All bookings require a deposit of one night's tariff and a credit card number for guarantee. The deposit is non-refundable and may be forfeited at the hotel's discretion, if you cancel within 35 days of the date required or, if you do not arrive on the advised date.
Notes
(1) If you need to make your arrangements before the end of the financial year (registration or accommodation), please email Promaco with your requirements.
(2) If you or your organisation have supplier relationships with these or other hotel chains, you may be eligible for government or corporate rates at these or other hotel chains in Auckland. To take advantage of these rates you need to make these types of bookings directly with the hotel.
(3) All rates below include the current NZ 12.5% GST. The rates have been rounded up to the nearest Australian dollar to assist you with budgeting (correct at rate of exchange on 20/5/2008. Your hotel will provide a tax invoice with full details as you check out.
