Central to our approach is a desire to form long-term partnerships.  If you talk to people who know us they will tell you about a flexible organisation that delivers excellent programmes.   We understand that our participants are busy executives and we make every effort to keep their encounters with us both efficient and effective.  Therefore our initial focus is on an organisation's specific needs.   Our tailored learning solutions directly support business strategy and flexes with real-life timeframes.  We co-design course content with our corporate partners and their direct input guarantees we meet their needs.

We then work to match teaching staff to company culture, learning and practice.  Our focus on action learning allows participants to address real-life challengrs in their workplace and embeds the learning into their day-to-day environment.

Our longer-term corporate programmes range from discipline-specific development, such as the Telecom Leadership Development Programme and the Blueprint Executive Leadership programme. 

We have worked with many organisations to design and deliver an innovative programme that is reinforced by action learning, University credits, while being organisation or sector specific.    

It is a new approach to embedding management learning in an organisation and it is paying dividends.
