Organizational Communication
About the website
We intend Organizationalcommunication.com to be a resource that nurtures a community of practice for organizational communication scholars.
As we were in the final stages of textbook writing, we began planning the instructors' guide. Some of us didn't like most instructors' guides. They often seem to be almost an afterthought, and not very useful or inspiring. So, it occurred to us that we should do something different: an on-line instructors' guide that we could build on as we gathered materials. Eventually, we thought the idea was too good to limit to just adopters of the textbook (although we realize these folks have particular needs that we want to address). So, we decided to create an open access website.
We hope you enjoy it and find it useful.
