This multi-disciplinary research theme focuses on the ways in which organisations can improve and enhance their performance.  How to organize, innovate, measure and report performance is examined from the multiple perspectives that comprise the study of management.  The research theme identifies, explains, critiques and predicts the principles and practices that underpin sustained organisational performance.
