Language and Learning Development Advice to 499/599 Students

Because your 499 or 599 will be read not just by your supervisor but also by your sponsor, it is important that you express your ideas in it as clearly and accurately as possible. The Management Student Centre Language and Learning Development tutors can give you feedback on the quality of your written English and advise you on areas you need to improve. If you want feedback on the writing quality of your 499 or 599, you can make a 30 minute appointment with a Language and Learning Development tutor using the MSC Bookings function on MyWeb.

It is important that you consult the Language and Learning Development staff as early as possible in the 499 or 599 writing process. We will not be able to help you to improve your writing skills if you wait until you are just about to submit your final draft before coming to see us.
